Project Overview:

Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. was retained by the Metropolitan Transportation Agency New York City Transit (NYCT) Renewal of the five(5) stations- Pelham Line (IRT) in the Bronx. Distinct Engineering Solutions, Inc. (DESI) was retained by Yonkers Contracting to provide environmental and Special Inspection services.

Environmental services included Waste Management Plan (WMP) preparation and monthly reporting.

Special Inspection services included the performance of concrete and rebar inspections on the construction sites. Steel bolting and welding inspections were performed on-site and at the fabrication facility.
