LSRP Services for North Brunswick New Intermediate School
DESI, as Owners Representative, is providing LSRP services to North Brunswick Township New Intermediate Schools that is proposed to be opened by July 2019.
DESI will conduct and manage site/remedial investigation activities in conjunction with geotechnical investigations to facilitate sample collection. Based on our review of the analytical soil results and proposed grades, DESI will conduct analysis to evaluate the possibility of reusing excavated contaminated soils onsite. DESI will provide technical guidance to the site Civil Engineer for the site grading and soil erosion control measures to facilitate construction of proposed engineering controls cap at the site.
DESI will also prepare a site investigation report for construction of proposed intermediate school, a $70 million project. As part of our Construction Administration Services, DESI will review construction specifications and drawings developed by the design team of Architects and Engineers retained by the NBTBOE for the early bid package.
